From its hillside position Villa Le Ferrette boasts an excellent view of the Tuscan towns in the whole valley below.
The farmhouse has been accurately renovated maintaining the charm of an ancient tuscan country villa with the traditional wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and walls kept in warmpastel colours. All the interiors are decorated with highstyle finishing and elegantly furnished. Villa Le Ferrette is on three floors with a total habitable surface of 600 m2 and can welcome up to 17-22 people. The well maintained gardens are dotted with olive and fruit trees with traditional Tuscan stone walls lining the paths. The lower level of the villa has a spacious living area with fireplace in one corner. On entering there is a large wooden dining table surrounded by chairs. To the other side of the room are several sofas and a couple of armchairs with TV sat and Dvd to one side. To the back of the room is a small library with another area with a professional table soccer. The floor is completed by a bathroom and guest toilet.
The ground floor has a small sitting area with wooden cushioned armchairs. To one side is a large bar reception equipped with a professional coffee machine, American coffee makers, stereo Cd, telephone, safebox and alarm connected to each bathroom of the villa . Going down some steps there is the dining room which has two wooden tables and chairs that seat up to 20-22 people, Tv sat, Dvd, interent wi-fi. Off the sitting area is the professional kitchen which is fully equipped and includes 9 gas hobs, oven, 2 fridges with freezer, 2 dishwashers, cut salami, toaster, mixer and microwave. Also off the sitting area is a bedroom with queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. To the back of the dining room is a small hall off which there is another small single bedroom with queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms on the ground floor have doors to the garden. One is a double room with a queen size bed and the other is a family bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The family bedroom has 2 en-suite bathrooms both with showers and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
From the bar area there are grey stone steps to the first floor. Here there are 5 bedrooms 5 + 2 mansards, all with private bathroom ensuite with shower. All bedrooms on the first floor have the spectacular panoramic views that lay beyond. All bedrooms of the villa have their private bathroom, hair dryer , independent air con. / heating, bathroom alarm. Possibility of adding baby cribs for enfants under 3 yrs. Pets welcome.
